Information we collect
We only collect your email address when you uses our web services. Your login is authenticated by Google authentication service, we don't save your password and any other private information. When you share a trip plan, all the information inside the trip plan will be stored in our database, we may use these information as internal analysis and statistics, we won't release these information to 3rd party. However, please be aware when you share your trip plan with access code, you authorized the people who has the access code to view the information of your trip plan, and please be also aware that those authorized people may forward your access code to 3rd party which you don't know. If you don't specify an access code, you agree that all the public user can view all the information in that trip plan. For both cases, you are controlling the release of the private information in the trip plan.How we use information we collect
We will send the service update information to the email address that you registered. We only respond your change requests which are sent from your registered email. We also only respond your service inquiries about your account as long as they are sent from your registered email. We may use the information as internal analysis or statistics purpose.Information we share

We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Nice Trip if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; or to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Nice Trip, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
